Do ye not remember that I said unto you, that after ye had received the Holy Ghost, ye could speak with the tongue of Angels? And now, how could ye speak with the tongue of Angels, save it were by the Holy Ghost?

Do you remember that I said that after you receive the Holy Spirit, you can speak like angels? How can you speak like angels? Only by the Holy Spirit.

Paraphrase

Remember what I told you? Once you receive the Holy Spirit, you can speak with the voice of angels. And how could you speak like angels except through the Holy Spirit?
