Know ye not that he was holy? But notwithstanding he being holy, he showeth unto the children of men, that according to the flesh, he humbleth himself before the Father, and witnesseth unto the Father that he would be obedient unto him in keeping his commandments;

Don’t you know he was perfect? But even though he was perfect, he showed people that he made himself humble before God the Father. He showed the Father that he would obey him by keeping his commandments.

You know he was holy. But even though he was holy, he showed us that in his mortal body he humbled himself before the Father. He witnessed to the Father that he would obey him and keep his commandments.
