And thus prophesied Joseph, saying: Behold, that seer will the Lord bless; and they that seek to destroy him, shall be confounded: for this promise, of which I have obtained of the Lord, of the fruit of thy loins, shall be fulfilled. Behold, I am sure of the fulfilling of this promise.

Changes

Simple English

Joseph said: “The Lord will bless that seer. Those who try to destroy him will fail. This promise from the Lord about your kids will come true. I am sure this promise will happen.”

Paraphrase

Joseph prophesied: ‘The Lord will bless that seer. Anyone who tries to destroy him will fail. This promise the Lord gave me about my descendants will come true. I’m certain of it.’
