But a seer will I raise up out of the fruit of thy loins; and unto him will I give power to bring forth my word unto the seed of thy loins; and not to the bringing forth my word only, saith the Lord, but to the convincing them of my word, which shall have already gone forth among them.

Simple English

“But I will bring a seer from your kids. I will give him power to bring my words to your kids. He will not only bring my words, says the Lord, but he will help them believe my words that have already been sent to them.”

Paraphrase

‘But I’ll raise up a seer from your descendants. I’ll give him power to bring my word to your descendants—not just to bring it, but to convince them it’s true, even though my word will have already been among them.’
