2 Nephi 3:1

And now I speak unto you, Joseph, my last born. Thou wast born in the wilderness of mine afflictions; yea, in the days of my greatest sorrow, did thy mother bear thee.

Now I want to talk to you, Joseph, my youngest son. You were born when we were traveling through hard times. Your mother had you during my saddest days.

Now let me talk to you, Joseph, my youngest. You were born when we were in the wilderness during my hardest times—your mother had you in the days of my deepest pain.
