But behold, there shall be many at that day, when I shall proceed to do a marvellous work among them, that I may remember my covenants which I have made unto the children of men, that I may set my hand again the second time to recover my people, which are of the House of Israel;

Simple English

Many people will see when I do an amazing work among them. I will remember my promises that I made to all people. I will reach out again a second time to bring back my people from the House of Israel.

Paraphrase

But when that day comes—when I do something extraordinary among you—many people will see it. I’ll be keeping the promises I made to all people. I’ll reach out a second time to bring my people, the House of Israel, back home.
