Simple English

The Devil’s kingdom must shake. Those who belong to it must turn away from sin. If they do not, the Devil will grab them with his chains forever. They will become angry and die.

Paraphrase

The devil’s kingdom will shake. Everyone in it must be shaken awake to change their ways, or the devil will trap them with his eternal chains. They’ll be stirred up to rage and will die.
