2 Nephi 28:17

But behold, if the inhabitants of the earth shall repent of their wickedness and abominations, they shall not be destroyed, saith the Lord of Hosts.

But if the people of the earth stop doing wicked and bad things, they will not be destroyed, says the Lord of Hosts.

But if people turn away from their wickedness and their terrible sins, they won’t be destroyed, says the Lord of Hosts.
