But behold, it shall come to pass that the Lord God shall say unto him to whom he shall deliver the book, Take these words which are not sealed, and deliver them to another, that he may shew them unto the learned, saying: Read this, I pray thee. And the learned shall say, Bring hither the book, and I will read them:

And the learned shall say,: Bring hither the book, and I will read them:.

Simple English

But it will happen that the Lord God will say to the man who gets the book: “Take these words that are not sealed. Give them to another person. He can show them to a learned man and say: ‘Please read this.’” And the learned man will say: “Bring the book to me, and I will read it.”

Paraphrase

Here’s what will happen: The Lord God will tell the man who receives the book: “Take these unsealed words and give them to someone else. Have him show them to a scholar and say, ‘Please read this.’” The scholar will say, “Bring me the book, and I’ll read it.”
