And there is none other which shall view it, save it be a few, according to the will of God, to bear testimony of his word unto the children of men: for the Lord God hath said, that the words of the faithful should speak as if it were from the dead.

No one else will see it except a few, if God wants them to. They will tell people about his word. For the Lord God has said that the words of the faithful should speak as if from the dead.

No one else will see it except a few others, according to God’s will, so they can bear witness of his word to the world. The Lord God has said that the words of the faithful should speak as if they were coming from the dead.
