2 Nephi 26:27

Hath he commanded any that they should not partake of his salvation? Behold, I say unto you, nay; but he hath given it free for all men; and he hath commanded his people that they should persuade all men unto repentance.

Has he told anyone they should not share in his salvation? I say to you, no. He has given it free for all people. He has told his people they should help all people to change their hearts.

Has he commanded anyone not to receive his salvation? No. He’s given it freely to all people, and he’s commanded his people to persuade everyone to repent.
