Wherefore, I write unto my people, unto all they that shall receive hereafter these things which I write, that they may know the judgments of God, that they come upon all nations, according to the word which he hath spoken.—

So I write to my people. I write to everyone who will read this later. I want them to know about God’s judgments. God’s judgments come to all nations. This is what God has said.

So I’m writing to my people—and to everyone who will read this later—so they can understand that God’s judgments fall on all nations, exactly as he said they would.
