2 Nephi 10:18

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, thus saith our God: I will afflict thy seed by the hand of the Gentiles; nevertheless, I will soften the hearts of the Gentiles, that they shall be like unto a father to them; wherefore, the Gentiles shall be blessed and numbered among the House of Israel.—

My dear brothers, our God says this: I will let the non-Jews make your children suffer. But I will make the non-Jews’ hearts soft. They will be like fathers to them. So the non-Jews will be blessed and counted as part of the House of Israel.

So, my dear friends, this is what our God says: ‘I’ll let the Gentiles afflict your descendants. But I’ll soften the hearts of the Gentiles so they’ll be like fathers to them. The Gentiles will be blessed and counted as part of the House of Israel.’
