And this land shall be a land of liberty unto the Gentiles; and there shall be no kings upon the land, which shall raise up unto the Gentiles.

Changes

And this land shall be a land of liberty unto the Gentiles;, and there shall be no kings upon the land, whicho shall raise up unto the Gentiles.

Simple English

This land will be a land of freedom for the non-Jews. There will be no kings in the land to rule over the non-Jews.

Paraphrase

This land will be a place of freedom for the Gentiles. No kings will rise up over them here.
