And I desire that ye should remember to observe the statutes and the judgments of the Lord: behold, this hath been the anxiety of my soul, from the beginning.

“I want you to remember to follow the laws and rules of the Lord. This has been my concern from the beginning.”

Paraphrase

“I want you to follow the Lord’s commands. This has been my deepest concern from the start.”
