2 Nephi 1:14

Awake! and arise from the dust, and hear the words of a trembling parent, whose limbs ye must soon lay down in the cold and silent grave, from whence no traveller can return: a few more days, and I go the way of all the earth.

“Wake up! Get up from the dust. Listen to the words of a shaking father. Soon you will lay my body in the cold and quiet grave. No one can return from there. In a few more days, I will go the way of all people on earth.”

“Wake up! Get up from the dust and listen to your father. I’m trembling as I speak—my body will soon lie in the cold grave where no one returns. I have only a few more days before I die.”
