1 Nephi 5:2

for she had supposed that we had perished in the wilderness; and she also had complained against my father, telling him that he was a visionary man; saying, behold thou hast led us forth from the land of our inheritance, and my sons are no more, and we perish in the wilderness.

She thought we had died in the wilderness. She had complained to my father, telling him he was a dreamer. She said, “You led us away from our home, and now my sons are gone. We will die in the wilderness.”

She thought we’d died out there. She’d been angry with my father, calling him a dreamer: “Look what you’ve done! You dragged us from our home, and now my sons are gone. We’re all going to die in this wilderness.”
