And I, Nephi, sayeth unto them, Behold, they were made manifest unto the prophet, by the voice of the spirit: for by the spirit are all things made known unto the prophet, which shall come upon the children of men, according to the flesh.

Changes

Simple English

I told them, “The Spirit showed these things to the prophet. The Spirit tells prophets everything that will happen to people.”

Paraphrase

I told them, “The Spirit revealed these things to the prophet. The Spirit shows prophets everything that’s coming for the human race.”
