Behold, my soul is rent with anguish because of you, and my heart is pained: I fear lest ye shall be cast off forever. Behold, I am full of the spirit of God, insomuch as if my frame had no strength.

My soul is torn with sorrow because of you. My heart is in pain. I fear you will be cast off forever. I am full of the Spirit of God. My body has no strength.“

Paraphrase

“My soul is torn apart with grief over you. My heart aches. I’m afraid you’ll be lost forever. I’m so full of God’s Spirit that my body has no strength left.”
