and I will also be your light in the wilderness; and I will prepare the way before you, if it so be that ye shall keep my commandments; wherefore, inasmuch as ye shall keep my commandments, ye shall be led towards the promised land; and ye shall know that it is by me that ye are led.

Simple English

“I will also be your light in the wilderness. I will prepare the way for you if you keep my commandments. If you keep my commandments, you will be led to the promised land. You will know that I am leading you.”

Paraphrase

“I’ll be your light in the wilderness. I’ll clear the path ahead of you if you keep my commands. As long as you obey me, I’ll lead you to the promised land. Then you’ll know it’s me who’s leading you.”
