And it came to pass that I, Nephi, took one of the daughters of Ishmael to wife; and also, my brethren took of the daughters of Ishmael to wife; and also, Zoram took the eldest daghter of Ishmael to wife.

Simple English

I married one of Ishmael’s daughters. My brothers also married Ishmael’s daughters. Zoram married Ishmael’s oldest daughter.

Paraphrase

I married one of Ishmael’s daughters. My brothers also married daughters of Ishmael, and Zoram married Ishmael’s eldest daughter.
