1 Nephi 16:35
1830 Edition
And it came to pass that the daughters of Ishmael did mourn exceedingly, because of the loss of their father, and because of their afflictions in the wilderness; and they did murmur against my father, because that he had brought them out of the land of Jerusalem, saying: Our father is dead; yea, and we have wandered much in the wilderness, and we have suffered much affliction, hunger, thirst, and fatigue; and after all these sufferings, we must perish in the wilderness with hunger.

We have suffered hunger, thirst, and tiredness. After all this suffering, we will die in the wilderness from hunger.”
Paraphrase
Ishmael’s daughters mourned terribly for their father and for all their wilderness hardships. They complained against my father for bringing them out of Jerusalem: “Our father is dead, we’ve wandered endlessly in the wilderness, we’ve suffered terrible hardship, hunger, thirst, and exhaustion. After all this suffering, we’re going to die of hunger in the wilderness.”
