1 Nephi 13:33

wherefore, saith the Lamb of God, I will be merciful unto the Gentiles, unto the visiting of the remnant of the House of Israel in great judgment.

So the Lamb of God says: 'I will be merciful to the Gentiles when I visit the remnant of the House of Israel with great judgment.'

'The Lamb of God says: 'I will show mercy to the Gentiles when I bring powerful judgment on the remnant of Israel.''
