1 Nephi 12:23

And it came to pass that I beheld that after they had dwindled in unbelief, they became a dark, and loathsome, and a filthy people, full of idleness and all manner of abominations.

I saw that after they lost their belief, they became a dark, hateful, and dirty people, full of laziness and all kinds of terrible things.

I saw that after losing their faith, they became a dark, repulsive, and filthy people, lazy and full of every kind of evil.
